Frida, the best dog that ever lived

It's with a very heavy heart that I have to share some sad news. Frida, my best friend and companion over the past 15 years, has crossed the rainbow bridge.
She was the most amazing little dog, with a personality and energy far beyond what her cute Jack Russell Terrier body could contain. We first met at an animal rescue in Niles, IL, and in typical Jack Russell fashion, she wouldn't stop yapping, lol! My partner at the time and I decided right then and there that she would be our doggie.
She brought so much happiness into our lives she was action-packed, so loving, and so cute, just the perfect dog. We moved out to Los Angeles together and went on so many adventures around the Desert Southwest and the California wilderness. This tiny powerhouse could knock out 5+ mile hikes with ease and wouldn't even want to leave at the end! One of her favorite trails was the Switzer Falls Trail in Angeles National Forest, we must have hiked it hundreds of times.
I will never forget her, and I will love her forever and ever. She got me through some of the hardest moments of my life, and I am eternally grateful to have had her by my side.
Frida, I will miss you so much. I'll be lost without you, but I'll be able to live a happy life remembering the parts where you were in it. Goodbye, my sweet baby girl.
❤️Tom
